As you should know by now the FlashEff and TxEff2 panels are useless without login to the developers website.
You must use script to be able to apply the premium patterns, but there's no reference about the params each pattern has.
Well that's not completely true, we can use the pattern's xml config file for the panel as a reference (change the quoted text accordingly):
FlashEff:
C:\Documents and Settings\"Your Windows Username"\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\"Flash CS4"\en\Configuration\FlashEff\xmls
TxEff2:
C:\Documents and Settings\"Your Windows Username"\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\"Flash CS4"\en\Configuration\TxEff2\xmls
