mp3 converter ?

Hi everybody. I'm looking for mp3 converter. Do anybody know how it can be named? I have bunch of mac music and it needs to be converted to mp3. I tried to use Windows Media Player 10 but it just does it from cd or lubrary which is not really convenient for me.

Посмотрите Адобе Аудишен. Хотя немного сложновато.
Ещё есть аудиограббер (англ)
