- Removed blinking in the resized TsComboBox component
- Improved drawing of arrows in the TsTitleBar items
- Improved behavior of form with BorderStyle property = bsNone

Отличие версии для жителей экс-СССР - нет исходников, всё поставляется в объектных файлах...Нужно самостоятельно выполнить Install...
Пользую несколько лет - не нарадуюсь, удивительно, что автор отвечает на вопросы и достаточно оперативно исправляет проблемы...Их кстати мало, т.к. проект существует очень давно ...
 
На самом деле проблем немало, некоторые проблемы переходят из версии в версию.
