FIBPlus - is a powerful and yet simple and convenient component library for Delphi, C + + Builder, Kylix and Ada for direct access to InterBase and Firebird. We try to develop it in accordance with the wishes of our users, and each component, method and property are designed to address the challenges that each of you face every day.
Advantages of FIBPlus
Using FIBPlus in your applications, you get a number of important advantages, such as:
• Supports all versions of InterBase starting with 4.0 and Firebird 1.0 (including Embedded Firebird)
• Applications on FIBPlus do not require installation of additional software (drivers, BDE, ODBC, etc.) except the client software (gds32.dll, fbclient)

The Editors and Tools, in format BPL, is not for all version IDE OK = look the references (CB2011, XE2, etc...)
SO, you'll have that to compile!

Just reminding everyone that Embarcadero has changed many concepts from their latest updates of the IDE, then many ways of encoding are not supported.

У оффициальных фибов редакторы тоже не работают. С тех пор самых пор как в релиз перестали включать исходники от Tools и Editors.
