general rule:
if the new release DONT REMOVE OLD FILES OF EDITION/VERSION you should do it.
in case, fastReport or any other installed by EMB is necessary uninstall it and remove any files (residual) like DCUs and BLP in MSWindows\system (SysWow64) in case FastReport and Teechart and Devart suites)
