На офсайте новости пока нет, но файл уже можно скачать.

Кроме непосредственно LNG файла и проверки орфографии всех языков кромме русского в IntPack-е больше ничего нет.
Радует, что с этим LNG файлом перевод интерфейса стал 100%!

Changlog:
[-] a little bug with rounding of the values in statistic
[-] it was impossible to work with prce other than ver 4.4
[-] "Contains" modifier in the black/white rules wasn´t recognized
[*] if a letter matches a blacklist rule, the result will always be 100, and if a letter matches a whitelist rule, the result will always be 0. For the origina bayesian method the range is set to be between 1 and 99.
[+] added white/black rules editor functionality - it is available either in the filter´s preferences, either from the main menu of The Bat! in "Preferences" main menu.
[+] added ignore list functionality - if a letter match to the rule of ignorelist, it will not be autolearned by the bayes base at all and the filter will return "wasn´t processed" result to The Bat!

В списке правил активные правила выводятся синим цветом, неактивные - чёрным. По
умолчанию правила подсвечены зелёным. Если правило содержит ошибку (например,
если вы редактировали файл с правилами вручную), то правило подсвечено красным и
при его редактировании нужно будет исправить ошибку вручную (будет выведено
диагностическое сообщение об ошибке, а курсор в редакторе будет поставлен перед
ошибочным символом).

Для редактирования правила вызываются нажатием кнопки "править", либо двойным
кликом по правилу. Назначение остальных кнопок, в редакторе правил, думаю, и так
понятно.

Прежде чем ставить The Bat! 2.13 "Lucky" Beta 1
необходимо прочитать следующее:
New filtering system is one of the major goals of current beta cycle. It is not fully implemented yet, but everybody risky enough can toggle it on in account settings. It should automatically convert current filters to new system.

Known issues:
1. Before starting program kill all .srb files (new filtering options) which can be created by earlier versions. It should be enough to get converted most of your filters
2. There is a problem with KNOWN filter - it converts invalidly now
3. Only basic action work now, but situation will change
4. It can work wrong on IMAP (yet)

One of main purposes of not-completely implemented system is to find bugs in editor and in main logic. Other reason is to give freedom for your suggestions (especially on template/common filtering)

BTW, this version will introduce UI improvements, so you can ask Robo everything you want to know about new headers control and customization of toolbars. He said that new headers control will be available for testing in next beta.

So... New cycle started, we are waiting for bugs reports.

Если лекарство - это последние валидные ключи для 2.12, то ответ - Да.
 
Ошибки то правят - молодцы, но думаю всем кто пожелает поставить сию очередную бетку, сделайте бекап, а то вот что пишут сами ритовцы
