Fabolous Origami Boxes

Since Nicolas Terry appeared on the origami scene only a few years ago, he has made a great contribution to the art with his excellent website, featuring the work of many designers from around the world, and now with this intriguing book of his own original creations. Terry's models have a unique style. While being quite complex, they are far from being "dry". They have a cartoonish quality, and are very expressive and fun. The book contains much more than diagrams. Each model comes with paper recommendations (as most of the models cannot really be folded out of plain origami paper), size ratio, even estimated folding time...
Terry describes the creative process for each model, displays its crease-pattern, and offers challenges and general "thoughts behind the folds". The book ends with a few crease-pattern challenges with some explanatory notes. A hidden feature in the book is a "secret code", which, once found and emailed to the author, grants access to a secret page on his website, containing exclusive diagrams and some more treats. I would not recommend this book to beginners, as the majority of the models are complicated to fold, and require some sculptural abilities, but advanced folders will no-doubt benefit from the fresh ideas expressed here.

Works of Seiji Nishikawa
This book contains origami works I created in twenty-two years (1977-1998). This period represents my lull life as an origami artist. All models bring me some good memories, so they are like a part ot myself. Among works in that period, insects were already published in Origami Insects (co-authored by Fumiaki Kawahata and Seiji Nishikawa , Origami House), so this book and the insect book are complementary to each other.
From the creator's point of view, works In this book are notable in two points. First, so many inside-out works are included. The inside-out method using a sheet of paper colored differently on the two sides is one of the significant characteristics of modern origami I myself would have a hard time if I did not use the inside-out method. Secondly, the flavor of my works are revealed in the very early steps of folding For example, the basic skeletal shapes of many works (like Crab, Giraffe, Lion, and Panda) can be already grasped after only a few steps at the beginning. Perhaps the early steps and outputs are one of the most attractive parts of creation of origami works for me.
This is the first book which contains only origami works of mine. However, creating a book cannot in any sense be my sole work The staff members of the Gallery Origami House, especially Mr Makoto Yamaguchi who took responsibility of all the editorial work, did a marvelous job of putting my works into one printed book. I would like to express my gratitude to them first of all It is also true that a book of this kind cannot be possible without origami enthusiasts all over the world, so I would like to thank them as well. Спасибо за ссылки. Не хочется выглядеть чайником , но не могу скачивать с Easy-share (с Рапидой все понятно, но там лимит и хочется больше). Первый раз появилась кнопка "FREE", и скачал. Hо на следующий день только счетчик с секундами "крутится", и бесплатно скачать не дает. Что делаю не так ?

Возможно проблема с браузером или файрволом. У меня всё дает скачивать по истечении отсчёта. Проблем не возникало. После отсчёта слева появляется окно для ввода шифра. После ввода правда иногда сбрасывает на повторный отсчёт. Но у меня лично больше двух раз не сбрасывало. Стоит Opera.
