WinRAR-ом нормально открываются и распаковываются, размер распакованного файла DevExpr_v40_14_11_2008.exe 17 096 Кб. Ищи косяк у себя или перекачай файлы ещё раз.

Парень, у тебя проблемы с компьютером, у тебя не устанавливаются компоненты, у тебя не работает архиватор. Разберись со своей системой, научись себя вести и возвращайся.

Не работает ни с какой версией даже с 7-й. Пишет 'Unknown unit file' и 'Except command...' Подскажите что сделать-то ?
