Подскажите прогу, которая автоматически сшивала бы изображения аналогично частям панорамного снимка, но только не используя общие области по краям, а как есть, не используя "перехлёсты". Т.е. img1+img2=img3.

Лучше как посоветовать Фотошоп более ни чего не могу.
Тут есть несколько выложенных программ но они использую нахлест...
В Фотошопе создается портянка адекватная сумме пикселов (или чуть больше) необходимых частей. И как мозайка слоями потом составляется в общий результат. Так я иногда собираю части какого-нибудь большого отсканированного постера. Резать постер следует на профессиональной ручной полиграфической фирменной гильотине (который дает чистые резанные края)- части режуться на "глазок" в зависимости от размера читающего поля сканера.
Вроде так... а может и есть какие-то програмы облегчающую эту задачу (?)
