Remove all ngened assemblies from GAC. Use totalcommander to enter the C:\Windows\assemblies folder and delete all devexpress* folders manually. Then run the patch 
Activation will not work on Visual Studio 2015, if all previous patches weren't deleted properly!
0. Close all Visual Studio instanses.
1. Remove other patches at first (Previous versions of this patch will be uninstalled automatically using current version).
2. Run it as administrator, overwise it'll tell you that you are not administrator.
3. The gui may be unresponsable a few minutes - it's ok.
4. Run this patch every time you installing/repairing DX controls.

Ставить лучше с помощью DxAutoInstaller v2.1.4 (установку вручную не проверял). Берется DxAutoInstaller v2.1.4 Как увидеть ссылки? | How to see hidden links?

Этот вариант не находится по запросу "DevExpress", поэтому я его не увидел. Может быть и подходит.

В install.txt написано прописать пути к папкам source, только вот исходников там нет

Выше: там, где скриншот - я это видел. Но ссылки мне то не видно (Скрытый текст требуется (10 сообщение(ий), сейчас у вас 3):
У вас нет необходимых прав для просмотра скрытого здесь текста)! Вот и приходится, как вы говорите "набивать посты", чтоб ссылка отобразилась.

Я прикрою эту тему если тупо будут набиваться посты
Руки не доходят промодерировать ее

Run DxAutoInstaller as administrator. It should fix the problem.
